How are your T-shirts sized?
Our T-shirts generally run small unless specified. We suggest that you order up one size if you are looking for a loose fit.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
We recommend that you machine wash your T-shirt separately in cold water, turned inside-out, and dry flat. Our T-shirts are preshrunk and have a low rate of shrinkage; however, if you tumble dry you are likely to experience some shrinkage. In this case, simply re-wash the T-shirt, reshape, and dry flat. We especially recommend hang drying darker color T-shirts to avoid fading over time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) for all online orders.
When will my order be shipped?
All instock items are shipped from our warehouse 5-7 business days after your order is received (this is in addition to shipping time). If your item(s) is out-of-stock, we will contact you via email with a revised ship date. If you have any questions regarding a back ordered item, contact info@momsrthebest.com. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
If you require a rush order, contact us via email at sales@momsrthebest.com or call us at 301-395-7589. Moms R The Best does not accept responsibility for shipping company delays. In the event a package is returned to us for an undeliverable address or undeliverable conditions (mailbox full, no access to mailbox, weather conditions, etc.) beyond our control, Moms R The Best will contact you for an alternate shipping address and will bill you for the actual Shipping & Handling costs to that address.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 business days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 business days. In order to process a return or exchange you must send an email to returns@momsrthebest.com explaining the reason for your return or exchange. You will then be contacted with an authorization number for the return or exchange. If you return any item(s) to our store address without an approved authorization number the item(s) will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returned or exchanged item(s) must be unworn and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.
